Mongolia’s Globe International Center and UNESCO’s Mongolian National Commission co-organized an event to celebrate World Press Freedom Day in the Open Society Forum in Ulaanbaatar, 2 May 2019.
For its 26th instalment, World Press Freedom Day has been co-organised by UNESCO, The African Union Commission, and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. This year’s theme is: “Media for Democracy: Journalism and Elections in Times of Disinformation”.
