The Global Investigative Journalism Network (GIJN) is an international association of investigative reporting organizations. Its membership is comprised of more than 100 nonprofit groups in 50 countries that are dedicated to the global expansion and support of investigative and data journalism. Members include reporting centers, training institutes, media development NGOs, and university programs.
GIJN holds global and regional conferences and workshops, acts as a global hub and resource center for the world’s investigative reporters, and assists investigative journalism groups on such areas as reporting techniques, contacts, capacity building, and sustainability.
