The Brazilian Association of Investigative Journalism (Abraji) is an 18-year-old Brazilian civil society organization committed to protecting and defending the freedom of expression, freedom of the press, and access to information, working to influence public policies to guarantee these rights and building a democratic society. Abraji also organizes events and trainings for journalists to better use investigative techniques and tools, including its International Conference on Investigative Journalism, which will reach its 16th edition in 2021.
