- Eligibility Criteria: Open to non-governmental, legal entities (CSOs, public educational, cultural, research, and scientific institutions, municipalities, and local governments). Market actors (e.g., companies, start-ups) may participate if their project is non-profit in nature. Not eligible: natural persons, ministries, embassies, state-funded bodies, or private entrepreneurs. Partnership requirements:
- Type of Funding: Grants supporting cross-border cooperation, democratization, and regional development.
- Target Region: Eastern Partnership countries and Western Balkans (in collaboration with V4 member states).
- Application Language: Applications submitted via the International Visegrad Fund portal.
