- Eligibility Criteria: Eligible applicants include civil society organizations (CSOs) and independent media outlets legally registered in Ukraine. Projects must be initiated by Ukrainian organizations; collaboration with additional local partners is encouraged. Proposals cannot include costs for food, construction/renovations, or clothing. Salary compensation for team members must not exceed 40% of the total budget. All project activities must be completed by May 2026.

Objectives
 - Safeguard and sustain civil society and media operations amid war conditions.
  - Strengthen community resilience by supporting disinformation countermeasures, vulnerable populations, and youth engagement.
  - Foster the early participation of civil society in the planning and monitoring of postwar reconstruction and recovery.
 
 Project Themes
 - Emergency Support and Immediate Safety – evacuation, relocation support, access to legal and mental health services.
  - Media Support – core operational funding, fact-checking initiatives, combating disinformation, and safety/wellbeing training for journalists.
  - Cyber and Physical Security, Organizational Capacity Building – digital resilience, mental health, legal aid, and institutional support for CSOs.
  - Post-Conflict Education and Youth Engagement – youth inclusion in recovery, national memory initiatives, and civic participation.
  - Resilience and Recovery – capacity building and coordination for local recovery planning and implementation.
 
Financial Support: Grant size: Up to USD 25,000 per project.
Deadline: Applications are accepted under the current call until all funds are allocated; all projects must conclude by May 2026.
