- Eligibility Criteria:Open to early and mid-career journalists aged 18–45 from Nordic countries working in print, radio, or television—either as employees or freelancers. Applicants should have a workable knowledge of English (fluency in German is not required)

Objectives
- Strengthen journalistic collaboration and understanding between Germany and Northern Europe.
- Offer journalists the opportunity to experience their host countries from a correspondent’s perspective.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange, networking, and professional growth within the media sector.
- Deepen participants’ insights into the political, economic, and social dynamics of the host country.

Financial Support:
Each participant receives a stipend of €3,800 to cover travel, accommodation, and personal expenses during their stay in Germany.
Additional costs are the responsibility of participants. Compensation for work done during the exchange is at the discretion of the host organization.
