- Eligibility Criteria: Officially registered with the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine. Operational for at least one year by the time of application. Produce original content and show genuine efforts to understand audience needs, including identifying and addressing information gaps (with audience segmentation research support from IMS and LMF). Commit to integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in project design and implementation. Inclusion in the IMI White List and Map of Recommended Media in Ukraine is considered an advantage but not a requirement. Priority given to media organizations from Kherson, Mykolaiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions, though applications from other Ukrainian regions are also eligible.
