- Eligibility Criteria: Open to legally registered media organizations or non-profit/civil society organizations that are media outlets or media-focused entities working with Palestinian communities. Applicants must be directly responsible for project preparation and management.
The applicant’s proposed budget must not exceed 40% of their average annual budget over the last three fiscal years. - Type of Funding: Grants to support independent media actors, new media initiatives, and fact-checking organizations under the Empowering Palestinian Civil Societies and Media Project, implemented by CFI with EU support.

To strengthen the role of independent Palestinian media by promoting reliable, fact-based information, countering disinformation, and fostering dialogue and civic engagement.

- Preference for projects engaging youth as leaders and creators.
- Activities must avoid exacerbating tensions or causing harm, ensuring participant safety and dignity.
Financial Support: The total indicative budget available is €1,000,000.
