Objectives

• Strengthen the competitiveness and market presence of independent European production companies.
• Support the development of high-quality audiovisual works with wide circulation potential across Europe and internationally.
• Enable collaboration and co-development across European borders.
• Encourage talent development by including short films by emerging creators.
• Promote sustainable practices, gender balance, inclusion, and diversity in audiovisual production.

Project Themes

• Development of 2–3 audiovisual works per slate (fiction, creative documentary, animation) intended for cinema, TV, or digital platforms.
• Optional inclusion of one short film by emerging talent.
• Strategic development of marketing, audience outreach, and distribution.
• Risk mitigation through project diversity within a slate.
• Support for cross-border partnerships and innovative storytelling.
• Integration of environmental, gender, and diversity strategies in development plans.
