- Eligibility Criteria: Open to cross-border teams of at least two professional journalists and/or news outlets legally residing in at least two different countries, Teams must publish in at least two media outlets in different countries, with at least one being a European outlet targeting European audiences, Applications must include a hypothesis, proposed methodology, and detailed budget, Incomplete applications (missing documents such as IDs, CVs, articles of incorporation, etc.) will be considered ineligible.
