CFPs: Support to Civil Society, Media and Human Rights in Kosovo 2022

• Eligibility criteria:
  – In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:be a legal person and be non-profit-making and, be a civil society organisation established in a Member State of the European Union or in an IPA III beneficiary country and, be registered in Kosovo and, be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary and, have a proven background and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Kosovo over the last 5 years in the field of application from the submission deadline of the concept note.

The European Commission (EC) is pleased to launch a call for proposals to strengthen the role and capacities of civil society and media in advancing participatory democracy, good governance, human rights contributing to the European perspective of Kosovo.

They open call for proposals in different fields, including one lot relating to media development:

Lot 4. Support to journalism and media literacy: 
Lot 4 supports proposals addressing the following priorities:professional, ethical and labour standards of journalist and media workers, qualitative and trustworthy investigative reporting available to citizens, countering disinformation.
