- Eligibility Criteria: Open to consortia of organizations legally established in EU Member States, including: Civil society organizations (CSOs), non-profits, and NGOs; Media and fact-checking organizations; Educational or media literacy institutions; Influencer networks and digital content creators. Proposals must ensure coverage across at least thirteen (13) EU Member States and demonstrate strong youth engagement (ages 15–30). Applicants should show the capacity to produce multilingual, high-quality content and ensure ethical and trustworthy communication practices.
