Applications Open for Participation in VI Interregional Competition for Journalists in Russia

• Eligibility Criteria: 
  – Applicants shall be authors of journalistic and/or information materials published in printed or electronic publications transmitted on television or radio posted on the Internet in the format of recordings/posts/blogs/video blogs/photo reports no earlier than one calendar year before the date of announcement of the contest;
  – Applicants shall be full-time and involved employees of cultural, education, non-profit sector organizations, media located on the territory of the Russian Federation and registered in accordance with current legislation or independent Russian bloggers, specialists in journalism, museum affairs and other related fields.

Competition of professional skills for journalists and media in the field of culture “Skillful Verb” named after V.Yu. Matveyev is provided by the State Hermitage, the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation and the Yekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts.

The winners of the competition are specialists in the field of cultural journalism, whose publications or materials can serve as a quality benchmark for colleagues in the media sector, citizen journalists (bloggers) and for cultural organizations.
