FUNDING FOR JOURNALISTS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL REPORTING PROJECT

Deadline: 11 December | The International Reporting Project (IRP) is offering funding to professional journalists wishing to work on stories covering religious issues around the world. Themes for stories can include, but are not limited to:

  • Conflict, peace, and reconciliation
  • Gender, race, and sexuality
  • Health and education
  • Environment and sustainability
  • Political economy and development
  • Law and human rights
  • Social movements
  • Migration
  • Humanitarianism

The time spent in the destination country is flexible; fellowships typically last between two and seven weeks. Both staffed and freelancers are welcome to apply.
