This independent study seeks to understand the impact of the termination of much United States development aid to independent media. The survey aims to assess how these changes have affected media organizations, journalists, and civil society actors working to support free and independent media worldwide.
Findings from this survey will contribute to a forthcoming public report with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, helping donors and policymakers identify ways to better support the independent media sector in the future.
Participation is voluntary, and all responses will be kept strictly confidential.
