Call for Protocol to Combat Gender Violence Against Women Journalists

The Civil Communication Association for Equality is calling news organisations in Latin America to collaborate in the design of a Framework Protocol on Gender Violence.

The event will take place between late May and early June 2024, virtually.

The meeting is part of the project “Protocols for Gender Violence against Women Journalists in Latin America – What do media outlets do and what should they do?”, carried out by the Civil Association Communication for Equality in collaboration with the Federation of Journalists of Latin America and the Caribbean (FEPALC), with the support of the International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC) of UNESCO and the Inter-American Organization of Defenders of Audiences (OID).
