The Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism Director Of Technology

The Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT) is seeking a full-time Director of Technology to oversee the Forum’s cross-industry technological innovation initiatives. The Director of Technology’s responsibilities will include strategic technology planning and implementation, management of cross-industry partnerships and workstreams, and framing of multistakeholder discussions on preventing and responding to the spread of terrorist and violent extremist content online. This position is ideal for an experienced and big-picture thinker with a strong background in technology issues, demonstrated management experience, and a record of producing innovative and creative outputs in multistakeholder environments. The Director of Technology will report directly to the Executive Director of GIFCT and work closely with other Director-level colleagues focused on GIFCT programming and strategic initiatives.
