The International Journalists Programmes (IJP) is seeking applications for its German-Central Eastern European Bursary Programmes. The German non-profit organization IJP (International Journalists’ Programmes) would like to announce its fourth special fellowship for journalists interested in reporting in the field of climate and energy. The scholarships are funded by EUKI (European Climate Initiative).
Journalists, who are granted the climate & energy bursary, will receive a deeper and more detailed insight into the field and get the opportunity to work and specialize topically and internationally alike. They are also welcome to pursue translational research on a common topic during their fellowship.
IJP is a non-profit organization offering journalist exchange programmes between Germany and more than 40 other countries and regions. These include the United States and Canada, Northern Europe and the Baltics, Poland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Latin America, East Asia, Southern Africa, and the Middle East. The purpose of these exchanges is to allow participating journalists to experience their host countries from a correspondent’s perspective, exchange knowledge and deepen their network while working in and reporting on a foreign country.
