Strategy Sessions for Exiled Media from Belarus and Russia

The JX Fund invites independent exiled media from Belarus and Russia to participate in strategy sessions that will focus on developing strategies to make your media outlets more sustainable.

Examples of possible focal points: audience strategy, financial sustainability, team building.

Timing & Deadline

In the period of July to October 2024, your team will be accompanied by a professional coach. The strategy sessions project consists of three stages:

• Online get-to-know and needs assessment;
• In-person workshop in Germany on a selected topic with a team of up to six people;
• Up to four follow-up online sessions.

Only media outlets that have been operating for at least six months and regularly produce content that is oriented towards audiences in the home countries are invited to apply.
