Software Developer/Programmer

VERA Files is looking for a Software Developer / Programmer who will be responsible for coding the web application and will work closely with the product and technical team in the design of the application components.

Responsibilities include:

• Client-side and back-end coding, developing, integrating, and debugging software
• Create system designs, and collaborate with the product and technical team to validate changes
• Provide documentation of new and existing functionality within software version control repositories.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Codes in either Python, Perl or PHP, and JavaScript
• Experience with cloud-based architectures
• Experience or knowledge in developing progressive web applications or mobile applications is a plus
• Familiar with Git/GitLab or other source code control tools
• Familiar with team collaboration tools
• Working knowledge of Linux servers
• Familiar with WordPress
