Syli is looking to hire an Editorial Partner and Member Manager who will develop, manage, and nurture partner relationships to drive growth. Ensuring effective implementation of cXc programmes involves managing activities in multiple regions and supporting partners with resources and information to encourage high engagement and participation.

Responsibilities

As Editorial Partner and Member Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential climateXchange regional partners (South East Asia, West Asia North Africa (WANA), Europe, Africa, Latin America).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for climateXchange partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively engage and support local climateXchange newsroom partners.
  • Facilitate programme roll-out across different regions.
  • Deliver regional events, meetings, and webinars with partners, including planning logistics and resources.
  • Ensure partners have the necessary cXc resources, training, and information to succeed.
  • Facilitate regular communication between climateXchange and regional partners.
  • Provide partners with updates on our services, opportunities for participation, and other relevant topics.
  • Track and analyse partnership performance against goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with partners and colleagues to implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and share best practices and success stories.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records, including partnership contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and partnership agreements.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in a partner management, client experience, or related role is essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders to establish and nurture beneficial partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multiple regions.
  • Excellence in event planning and coordination.
  • Can successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in using project management and CRM software effectively.
  • Capable user of Google’s Workspace business apps and collaboration tools in a professional capacity.
  • Able to use digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Passionate about working in a role with a mission to improve climate reporting and sustainability.
