The ACOS Alliance along with four of its signatory organisations Frontline Freelance Register (FFR), Gulf Center for Human Rights (GCHR), Marie Colvin Journalists’ Network (MCJN) and SKeyes Center for Media and Cultural Freedom are working in partnership to offer 50 journalists based in the Middle East FREE access to a safety training course provided online by experienced media safety trainers at Silk Road Training.
In line with the ACOS Principles, this training course is designed to help journalists exposed to safety challenges in their work to become better prepared through a combination of structured and self paced learning. Selected participants will be able to access Silk Road’s platform over a period of 30 days, from Monday 16 November to Tuesday 15 December 2020.
