Multimedia Journalism Internship Scheme for Students

Tele-Radio Moldova (TRM), with expert support from BBC Media Action, is offering a multimedia journalism internship scheme for students.

If you are a student or recent graduate with a passion for journalism, this is an exciting opportunity for you to work across news and current affairs output at TRM during an exciting period for the organisation.

The multimedia journalism internship will include a two-week Bootcamp of bespoke multimedia training led by former BBC journalist David Hayward and supported by additional BBC specialists. This bootcamp will give you foundational knowledge before you begin a twelve-week placement at TRM. The Bootcamps will run from the 20th-31st May at TRM, from 9.30-17.00 each day.

Up to nine interns will be selected to undertake internships at TRM, each receiving invaluable experience and up to €450 per month in payment. Interns will undertake 4-week placements in each of the TV, radio and online departments at TRM, contributing to the national news agenda.

Applicants may apply in English or in Romanian but must be fluent in Romanian to apply.
