The Fix Media is seeking to hire a Media Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing their Digital Media dashboard, which serves as a comprehensive media directory.

As Media Product Manager, You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of this key product, ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of new features for the digital Media dashboard, based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including research and analytics, engineering, consultants to prioritise and deliver product updates in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, product roadmap, milestones and performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and release notes, to facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of the product, leveraging analytics and market research to identify areas for enhancement and optimisation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Media Studies or related field.
  • Experience of working in media/ media tech or understanding of media trends, technologies and practices is desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the media industry or related digital products.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong ability to balance detailed oriented work with a big-picture perspective.
  • Proficiency in English is also necessary as it is our official company language; additional language skills are a plus.
