Invitation to Tender: Design and Delivery of Trainings, Consultancy, and Multimedia Content Production

Osservatorio Balcani Caucaso Transeuropa (OBCT), a department of the Centro per la Cooperazione Internazionale (CCI), is pleased to announce a public tender for the design and delivery of trainings, consultancy services, and multimedia content production.

This initiative is part of the EU-funded project “MOST – Media Organisations for Stronger Transnational Journalism” (Grant Agreement 101180285).

The MOST project is an ambitious effort aimed at fostering collaboration among independent digital media outlets specialised in foreign reporting. Spanning seven countries—Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, and Spain—it seeks to create a long-term community of practice dedicated to editorial innovation and business transformation. By building strong partnerships and facilitating knowledge exchange, the project aspires to equip small independent media organisations with the tools to thrive in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

As part of this vision, through this tender, the selected service provider will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering targeted trainings, providing consultancy services tailored to the needs of participating organisations, and producing multimedia content to support project activities. While many activities will take place online, in-person events will also be hosted in Krakow, Poland, with potential visits to project partners in other countries.
