In honor of Inge Schönthal Feltrinelli’s role as an innovator in the publishing world, Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation and Feltrinelli Group set up the First Edition of the Inge Feltrinelli Award.
The Inge Feltrinelli Award, aimed at women and youth who use the written word as a vehicle for civil participation, looks at the defense of human rights from three different angles.
- Eligibility Criteria:
– The prize is open to three categories. The first category, related to investigative journalism and photo journalism, is only open to women. Please see eligibility criteria for other categories on the Premio Inge Feltrinelli website. - Type of funding: Award

- Violation of Human Rights: Investigations and Photo Journalism
(Submitted stories accepted in English, French, Spanish, or German but should be published and translated to Italian before the 31st of August 2022) - Human Rights under Construction: Fiction and non-fiction works
- Human Rights in Practice: Project ideas for investigative podcasts or secondary schools
