Freelance and local journalists based in Kenya are invited to apply for a three-day Hostile Environment and First Aid Training (HEFAT) course taking place in Nairobi from June 3–5, 2025. This training is organized by ACOS Alliance in partnership with Africa Uncensored, with 18 fully funded spots available.
The HEFAT course, aligned with the ACOS Alliance Safety Principles, is tailored to support journalists facing safety and security risks in their reporting. It will address the specific needs and challenges of working in Kenya’s media landscape.
