EnergyHub is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This remote position (US-based) will play a central role in developing and distributing content that educates utility clients on building a reliable, decarbonized electricity system.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development of the annual content roadmap and paid/owned content calendar.
  • Define campaign objectives in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Solutions, and Client Success teams.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality assets, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, email copy, video content, social posts, conference abstracts, and ad copy.
  • Manage the content development process, including briefs, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with external resources (agencies, copywriters, designers, video production teams).
  • Audit and optimize existing content, extending reach through new formats and distribution channels.
  • Own paid media reporting and leverage insights to guide strategy and planning.
  • Maintain and update the company website with the latest positioning and content.
  • Manage B2B email marketing, social media channels, and digital community engagement.
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to maintain a library of brand marketing resources.
  • Support cross-team collaboration to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in technology or clean energy.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing content marketing strategies that achieve measurable goals.
  • Experience creating content for diverse audiences and buyer personas.
    Proficiency with CMS and marketing tech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, or equivalents).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Data-driven approach to content development and optimization.
    Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to twice per quarter.
