Call for capacity development experts

ERIM is seeking experienced consultants to enhance the organizational capacities, resilience, and sustainability of civil society organizations (CSOs) and independent media in Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries. Consultants will support the ProElect project, which aims to promote accountability in electoral processes through increased civic participation.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCA) for selected organizations.
• Develop tailored capacity development plans and budgets in collaboration with beneficiaries.
• Provide mentorship and guidance throughout the 12-month action plan implementation.
• Conduct mid-term and final assessments to measure progress and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on organizational capacity and development outcomes.

Essential Qualifications 

• Degree/Master’s in law, human rights, development, project management, social studies, international relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in organizational capacity development, project management, and CSO/media support.
• Strong network in civil society, media, and human rights; excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned country.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, organized, and able to work independently.
