ALF Hands-On (Third Edition)

The Anna Lindh Foundation invites you to apply for the ALF Hands-On which helps you level up your skills and enhance your professional capacity in management and diverse intercultural dialogue fields.

More than just a training programme, ALF Hands-On is a community-building platform for peer-to-peer collaboration and real-world learning through its free interactive modules. The programme offers a practical peer-to-peer e-learning experience led by civil society experts in the Euro-Mediterranean region. This approach is essential for civil society professionals’ continuous learning journey, as it fosters engagement, shared experiences, and a focus on hands-on, applicable skills.

Who can Apply?

ALF Hands-On is offered to professionals from civil society organisations in the 42 UFM countries and who are dedicated to expanding their knowledge and apply the practical skills gained to excel in their careers.
