- Eligibility Criteria:Open to adult citizens of Ukraine currently residing in Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories). Applicants must possess a biometric passport or be able to obtain a visa. Eligible applicants include professionals in media, culture and creative industries, and education and youth work. In the media sector, eligible applicants include managers, journalists, editors, culture and economic journalists, investigative reporters, fact-checkers, and media association managers.

Objectives
- Support international mobility for Ukrainian media and creative professionals.
- Encourage professional growth through travel, research, internships, and participation in international events.
- Promote collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange between Ukrainian professionals and EU/UK partners.
- Strengthen professional capacity in journalism, cultural industries, and education sectors.

Financial Support: Up to €4,000 per individual. The grant covers:
Travel, accommodation, food, and public transport
Registration fees, tickets, accreditations, visas, and medical insurance
Travel expenses based on distance (ranging from €180 to €530)
Accommodation support (€120/day for trips of 5–14 days; €70/day for trips of 15–28 days)
Expenses unrelated to the mobility or already funded by other programs are not covered.
