Call for Papers: Journalism, Media, and Digital Transformation Conference 2025

This conference provides a platform to analyze, reflect, and debate the evolving relationship between journalism, digital technologies, and society. Scholars, researchers, and practitioners are invited to submit abstracts addressing the challenges, opportunities, and transformations of journalism in the digital age.

Accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts (ISBN), and selected full papers will have the opportunity to be published in Conference Proceedings (ISBN) or in one of the associated journals: Mediatika or Hipertext.net.

  • Explore the impact of convergence, social media, and Web 2.0 on journalism.
  • Discuss emerging professional profiles and skills for digital media.
  • Evaluate ethical challenges and deontological principles in online information.
