Communications Manager

GHIAA is hiring a part-time Communications Manager to lead the execution of its communications strategy. The successful candidate will promote GHIAA’s open-access resources, drive stakeholder engagement, and strengthen its brand visibility across digital platforms.

 Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement a targeted strategy to expand GHIAA’s reach via Bluesky, LinkedIn, and its website
• Create engaging content and visual assets for social media and email newsletters
• Assist in copy editing, design, and usability testing for new digital resources
• Develop brand and accessibility guidelines and ensure consistent application across platforms
• Establish and track performance metrics for social media and website engagement, and report on progress

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated success in managing nonprofit social media campaigns
• Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and performance tracking tools
• Strong English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Analytics
