Internship on The Economist’s Britain Desk

The Economist is offering a six-month paid internship on its Britain desk, based in London. The successful candidate will contribute to writing about British politics, society, and current affairs for a global audience.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• A curious, independent thinker with initiative and a drive to learn
• No prior journalistic experience is necessary

Compensation: £2,500 per month
Duration: 6 months

 Application Requirements:

• An unpublished original article of 600 words, suitable for publication in The Economist
• A CV (curriculum vitae)
