2025 Korea–United States Journalists Exchange

Organized by the East-West Center in partnership with the Korea Press Foundation, the 2025 Korea–U.S. Journalists Exchange celebrates its 20th anniversary with a special focus on the theme: “Internal Uncertainty Amid External Challenges: U.S.–Korea Relations in 2025.”

Eligibility Criteria

• Journalists from Korea or the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in print, broadcast, or online journalism.
• Strong interest in U.S.–Korea relations and clear articulation of how the fellowship is relevant to their reporting areas.
• Ability to produce stories or media content related to the exchange during or after the program.
• Freelance journalists are welcome; employer support letter not required for them.
