• Eligibility Criteria: Open to not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, and civil society/non-governmental organizations from North Macedonia. Independent media from North Macedonia can also apply. Individuals and organizations from outside North Macedonia are not eligible.

Objectives:

• Strengthen democratic values, including security, anti-corruption, good governance, and election transparency.
• Bolster civil society, foster volunteerism, and encourage activism in local communities.
• Address social divisions, promote social cohesion, and combat intolerance.
• Enhance cybersecurity, media literacy, and combat malign foreign influence with sustainable results.
• Support environmental and health-focused initiatives.

Project Themes:

• Democratic governance, transparency, and anti-corruption.
• Strengthening civil society and grassroots activism.
• Social cohesion and combating intolerance.
• Cybersecurity, media literacy, and countering disinformation.
• Environmental sustainability and public health.

Financial Support: Between $1,000 and $50,000 per project.
