Objectives:
The European Cross-Border Grants programme aims to support investigative journalism projects that encourage cross-border collaboration and address the shortage of independent journalism in Europe.They fund projects that are original, innovative, time-consuming, and highly relevant to European target groups. These projects can involve cross-border research and utilize established or innovative investigative methods.

Financial Support:
The total grant budget for 2024-2025 is €450,000, which will be distributed over two application rounds (€225,000 per call). Fixed costs such as office expenses and production costs are not supported.

Applications must be submitted by 23 January 2025, 13:00 CET.
