New GFMD Steering Committee

“The conference in Athens has been a great success,” said Joyce Barnathan. “It has illustrated the wide-ranging support from media assistance groups from around the world to come together around common objectives. We have a great base to start our work from in 2009 and the new Steering Committee pledges to ensure that media development receives the recognition and support it deserves.”
